Hollywood Oyster Company is found in the heart of oyster country, the Chesapeake Bay. We farm our oysters in the unspoiled waters of the Patuxent River located in St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Our oysters are beloved far and wide for their distinctive merroir, which hints of natural minerals derived from the fossil lined shores of the river. Hollywood oysters boast a pristine hard shell and deep cup, due to the diligent care we take raising them from seed to market.
