Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Wheated Whiskey
  • 2 oz. House Sour mix
  • Jalapenos muddled
  • egg whites splash
  • ice

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • strainer
  • muddler
  • glass

Method
 

  1. Place Jalapeños in glass, add 2oz of Wheated Whiskey
  2. Muddle Jalapeños.
  3. Add 2oz of House Sour mix.
  4. Add ice to shaker add splash of egg whites using glass as lid, shake vigorously.
  5. Pour everything back into glass garnish with lemon and jalapeño.
