Fisherman’s Daughter Brand Oysters are a local Chesapeake Bay farm raised oyster harvested off the shores of Tilghman Island, Maryland. You will taste medium to light saltiness with a sweet finish within the meat.  The oyster features a deep well with rolled edges for easy shucking.

Fisherman’s Daughter and its parent organization Phillips Wharf Environmental Center are a local non-profit charged with promoting education and stewardship for the Chesapeake Bay.  All proceeds from oyster sales fund education and aquaculture training programs for a sustainable future for the bay and its many working watermen.
