Join us in FeBREWary as we celebrate locally made beer and locally harvested Maryland oysters! We’ve put together a list of pairings for you to enjoy that you can find at restaurants across the state in the month of February. Grab your loved ones and introduce them to a palate-pleaser that may tickle their senses and warm their souls. 

FEATURED PAIRINGS TO TRY IN FEBRUARY:

FEBRUARY 1 – Eat at Forward Brewing + Enjoy Forward Brewing Homebrut Hazy Pale Ale (made with Maryland hops and malt in collaboration with Annapolis Green) and Chipotle Oyster Soup, featuring ‘Severn Select’ oysters from Annapolis Oyster Co. and play Oyster Trivia!

Please note: Forward Brewing will continue to offer Maryland oysters even after the event on Feb 1. 

FEBRUARY 10 – Eat at The Pit Shack food truck + enjoy oysters from Kent Narrows at Hopkins Farm Brewery from 12-5pm.

FEBRUARY 10 – Visit Burley Oak Brewing Company for their Valentine’s Market + Enjoy their Oyster Stout made with Fallen Pine Oyster Company oysters. Shucking lessons will also be onsite with the owner of Fallen Pine, Dan Worrell.

All Month Long – Every Thursday eat at Atlantic Food & Spirits + Enjoy $ Bay and Salt Buoy oysters from Fallen Pine Oyster Company. There’s plenty of craft beers on tap to pair them with including some from Manor Hill Brewing.

All Month Long – Eat at Leo Annapolis + Enjoy Elder Pine EP Pils with Annapolis Oyster Co. oysters roasted with an herbed compound butter, gremolata and grated grana cheese.

All Month Long – Eat at Boatyard Bar & Grill + Enjoy Big Truck Farm Hazy IPA, Landmade Italian Pilsner, and Milkhouse Coppermine Creek Dry Stout and Dollyhyde Farmhouse Ale. paired with raw True Chesapeake Oyster Co, Annapolis Oyster Company and Wild Country Seafood Oysters. 

All Month Long – Eat at Steak & Main + Enjoy Elk River Brewing Company’s The Rim Espresso Stout (made with local honey!) paired with Local Harris Creek Oysters – raw as well as baked Rockefeller, angels, bourbon bacon butter and roasted garlic butter dishes in the Oyster Bar. **All Oysters will be 50% off for February!!

All Month Long – Eat at Victoria Gastro Pub + enjoy Manor Hill Farm brewed beers on draft, and 38 North Oysters from Maryland!  Available by the half dozen, served with Malted Cocktail Sauce and House Made Jalapeno Tabasco.

MARCH 6 – Eat at Tony Loco’s + 3 Course Oyster and Beer Dinner Pairings with Waredaca Brewing Company – Link to Tickets Coming Soon!

MARCH 9 – Head to Hopkins Farm Brewery for their Bull & Oyster Fest and Enjoy Black Tie Oysters and Old Line Grill food truck.
