Crab Tower

Equipment
- Use a round mold ring
Ingredients
Mold ring layers
- slightly muddled avocado
- ¼ cup Mango diced
- ¼ cup Tomato diced
Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
Mold ring layers
- Bottom layer should be slightly muddled avocado, make sure to leave chunks so that it can maintain its density
- You may not need the entire amounts of the 2nd and 3rd layers, they should just be enough to cover the previous layer
- 4th/ top layer- Maryland lump crab meat (use as much as you want)
- SLOWLY remove mold
Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)
- Whisk all together until the graininess of the wasabi paste is gone
- Take a spoon and drizzle on top
- Finish with any type of garnish you prefer
