Wild- Caught Chesapeake Blue Catfish Dip
Maryland Blue Catfish Dip
Topped with pickled sea beans and local microgreens on our Old Bay crackers

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Duke's mayo
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 2 stalks celery finely diced
- 1 shallot finely diced
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Old Bay
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook catfish- lightly oil and season with salt and Old Bay, bake in a 350-degree over for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily. Allow to cool completely.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine. Leave fish with some texture or continue pulsing until desired consistency is reached.
