Microgreens are a tiny form of young edible greens grown from vegetable, herb or other seeds. They range in size from one to one and a half inches long and contain four to 40 times more vital nutrients than the mature plant, which is why the flavors are surprisingly intense and the health benefits are exponentially greater.

What makes MikeGro Greens unique is that we grow our greens hydroponically indoors on recycled organic coconut fiber and use only purified water, no fertilizer or pesticides. We sell our greens living on the fiber ready to harvest on demand, maintaining that pure intense flavor and 100% of their natural nutrients, unlike a mature plant that loses nutrients as it grows and is exposed to the environment.
