Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups apples grated
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cocnut
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method
 

Cake
  1. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs.
  2. Beat well, stir in flour and cinnamon.
  3. Add apples, nuts and cocnut. Mix well.
  4. Pour into a 9 X 13 sheet cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
Glaze
  1. Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Punch holes in warm cake and pour glaze over cake.
