Baked Salamon with Black Olive Tapenade

  • 1 (2-3 lb) salmon fillet (1½ inch thick)
  • 4 oz (1/2 jar) Ma Provence Black Olive Tapenade
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of an ungreased broiling pan with aluminum foil and spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Wash salmon & pat dry.
  2. Smother salmon with Ma Provence Black Olive Tapenade. Place salmon skin-side down onto rack. Bake salmon, uncovered, 9-13 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees). Carefully remove from pan and transfer onto serving plate(s).
