Wild- Caught Chesapeake Blue Catfish Dip

Maryland Blue Catfish Dip

Topped with pickled sea beans and local microgreens on our Old Bay crackers

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Duke's mayo
  • 1 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • 1 shallot finely diced
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Old Bay
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Cook catfish- lightly oil and season with salt and Old Bay, bake in a 350-degree over for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily. Allow to cool completely.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine. Leave fish with some texture or continue pulsing until desired consistency is reached.
