|Our lambs are 100% grassfed – from weaning to processing! We sell lambs by the half or the whole, processed at a USDA-inspected facility, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Limited quantities of individual cuts are also available (while supplies last). Most of our lambs are available in mid-December; reserve yours by August 1 to be certain we’ll have one for you. Limited numbers of lambs are available in time for Easter. Sorry, but we do not sell live lambs for slaughter on-site or remotely.
We also sell lovely fleeces (for handspinners), as well as machine-washable lambskin rugs.
