We are a small traditional family farm that offers beef. lamb, pork and goat. We follow the traditional seasonal production cycle of babies being born in the spring and going to market in the fall. This gives us and the animals the winter months to catch up. The pigs are ususally ready for pick up from the butcher (Galvinell’s in Conowingo, MD) in October. The beef, lamb, and goat can be picked up in January at your convenience.
