Small (6 acre) organic vegetable producer for the past 20 years. Our focus is on seasonal greens such as salad mix, spicy greens such as Arugula, Tatsoi, Mizuna and Italian Dandelion as well as Swiss Chard. Known for tasty snap beans, tomatoes, squash and potatoes. We do not grow spinach or collards.
