Equipment

  • Shaker
  • strainer
  • muddler
  • glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Wheated Whiskey
  • 2 oz. House Sour mix
  • Jalapenos muddled
  • egg whites splash
  • ice

Instructions

  • Place Jalapeños in glass, add 2oz of Wheated Whiskey
  • Muddle Jalapeños.
  • Add 2oz of House Sour mix.
  • Add ice to shaker add splash of egg whites using glass as lid, shake vigorously.
  • Pour everything back into glass garnish with lemon and jalapeño.
