Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 cup lightly packed baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 oz feta crumbled

Method
 

  1. Whisk together oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach, strawberries, almonds, sesame seeds, and feta. Gently toss until spinach is evenly coated with dressing. Serve immediately.
