Ingredients
  

  • Tenth Ward Maryland Single Malt Rye
  • Tenth Ward Absinthe Nouvelle
  • House peychaud style bitters
  • Simple syrup
  • Lemon fruit jelly garnish

Method
 

  1. Add a splash of absinthe in a rocks glass with ice, fill glass with water.
  2. Add rye, simple, and bitters to a mixing glass.
  3. Stir until chilled.
  4. Dump ice out of rocks glass.
  5. Strain mixing glass into rocks glass and add a large cube.
  6. Before serving, spritz with louched absinthe and garnish with lemon fruit jelly.
