Crab Tower

  • Use a round mold ring


Mold ring layers

  • slightly muddled avocado
  • ¼ cup Mango diced
  • ¼ cup Tomato diced

Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
  • 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce


Mold ring layers

  • Bottom layer should be slightly muddled avocado, make sure to leave chunks so that it can maintain its density
  • You may not need the entire amounts of the 2nd and 3rd layers, they should just be enough to cover the previous layer
  • 4th/ top layer- Maryland lump crab meat (use as much as you want)
  • SLOWLY remove mold

Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)

  • Whisk all together until the graininess of the wasabi paste is gone
  • Take a spoon and drizzle on top
  • Finish with any type of garnish you prefer
