Crab Tower

Mold ring layers
- slightly muddled avocado
- ¼ cup Mango diced
- ¼ cup Tomato diced
Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Wasabi paste
- 2 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce

Bottom layer should be slightly muddled avocado, make sure to leave chunks so that it can maintain its density
You may not need the entire amounts of the 2nd and 3rd layers, they should just be enough to cover the previous layer
4th/ top layer- Maryland lump crab meat (use as much as you want)
SLOWLY remove mold
Honey wasabi soy sauce (drizzle on top of the tower)
Whisk all together until the graininess of the wasabi paste is gone
Take a spoon and drizzle on top
Finish with any type of garnish you prefer
