Baked Salmon with Black Olive Tapenade

- 1 2-3 lb salmon fillet (1 1/2 inch thick)
- 4 oz 1/2 jar Ma Provence Black Olive Tapenade
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of an ungreased broiling pan with aluminum foil and spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Wash salmon & pat dry.
Smother salmon with Ma Provence Black Olive Tapenade. Place salmon skin-side down onto rack. Bake salmon, uncovered, 9-13 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 140-145 degrees). Carefully remove from pan and transfer onto serving plate(s).
