Mix until well blended. To prepare apple slices for spread: Cut peeled apples to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Hint: To keep apple slices fresh, dip then in either of the following mixtures,
- 2 tsp Fruit Fresh and 3 tbsp water, or
- 2 tsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp water.
(slices will keep several hours in tightly sealed container)
