Chef Scott's Favorite Marinade: Ginger-Soy-Orange Marinade

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice*
- 1/4 cup olive oil canola/olive blend also works well
- 2 tbsp orange zest grated orange peel
- 2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- *1/4 cup dry cooking sherry can be substituted for ~cup of orange juice
