Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 cup lightly packed baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries hulled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup almonds toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 2 oz feta crumbled
Instructions
- Whisk together oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach, strawberries, almonds, sesame seeds, and feta. Gently toss until spinach is evenly coated with dressing. Serve immediately.
