Burnard Cline founded Cline Greenhouse in 1996 on his third-generation family farm. The Cecil County greenhouse is located in the northeastern corner of Maryland and is convenient to both southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.

Our hours change with the seasons, so be sure to check our Facebook page or our website for current information about our hours.

Our Holiday opening date is just after Thanksgiving. At that time, the greenhouse contains a variety of beautiful poinsettias–from traditional reds and whites to more adventurous mixed combinations. You’ll also find cyclamen and Christmas cacti.

For the spring season, we’re typically open by late April or early May. You’ll find petunias, geraniums, alyssum, zinnias, fan flowers, begonias, verbena, hummingbird vine, calibrachoa, New Guinea impatiens, double impatiens, and marigolds. If you have a planter you’d like us to fill,  bring it along and select your flowers. You can pick up your filled container later. We do not charge extra for planting!

In the fall, we have chrysanthemums, pumpkins, corn shocks, hay bales, and ornamental corn. We typically announce an open date beginning in August.
